Liquid Coating/Painting

Paint Coating Process

Parts can be coated in a wide variety of colors, ranging from high gloss to flat, as well as textured. Generally, paint contains binders, solvents and pigment. Application method is by spray – atomizing it into a fine mist. This mist is deposited on the part’s surface, where the droplets flow together to form a film.
